Sunrise Hike, Yoga and Bend Breakfast Burrito
Join Emily for an early morning hike and yoga session at Pilot Butte. We'll hike to the summit just in time to catch the sunrise, awakening our bodies with movement and fresh mountain air. After reaching the top, we'll ease into a 45-minute slow-flow yoga practice — perfect for stretching, grounding, and starting the day with intention. Yoga + Breathwork

ACTIVATE Retreat
Welcome to ACTIVATE 2025, a one-day retreat experience for soulful business owners and those on non-traditional career paths, hosted by Jenni Gritters and Emily Tighe in Bend, Oregon, on June 6, 2025.
Who: This is a retreat for small business owners, entrepreneurs, creatives and folks on non-traditional career paths who want to do life in absolutely their own way. (If you’re not running a business yet but considering it, send us a note!)
If you’re at an inflection point with your work and you know you want to create something braver, different or more aligned: This experience is for you.
If you want to meet like-minded, adventurous humans who understand following non-traditional paths for the sake of joy: This experience is for you.
And if you’re an expert at working hard but you’re looking to integrate more play into the career picture: This is most definitely for you.
What: We’ll start with grounding work, then we’ll dream about the version of your business that’s evolving into being. Next, we’ll focus on your current workflows and business structures (or ideas), so you walk away with practical next steps. This day retreat also includes a gorgeous paddleboard adventure along the Deschutes River, followed by an outdoor sound bath experience and closing circle, to help you take the business game plan and integrate it into your whole being.

Join Emily for a morning of relaxation and connection at On Tap (10am-12pm)! Start your day with 60 minutes of slow yoga flow, suitable for all levels, where you can unwind and move mindfully. MAY Mom&Me Hike+Yoga @ PILOT BUTTE
Join Emily with Do Yoga Outside and Autumn with Wild Wellness for this intentionally created workshop where moms and children get the chance to be led and explore nature in a comfortable, loving environment. Together we will hike and have a group craft. Moms will get some solo time to take part in yoga, while kids safely participate in nature activities.

Join Smith Rock Group in their 31st year of volunteering in our beloved Smith Rock State Park. Spend the morning volunteering in the park and spend the afternoon practicing yoga, eating delicious food, entering raffles and enjoying community.
