Join Lauren, Sonja, Hayley or Alauna for a 60 minute, outdoor class at Miller’s Landing Park! This is a weekly class. All levels and experiences are both welcomed and encouraged to come. This is a slow flow with the intention of connecting with yourself, nature and community! Reminder that if you reserve a spot and don’t show up more than two times in a season, you will be unable to reserve spots!

Join Hayley for a morning of relaxation and connection at On Tap (10am-12pm)! Start your day with 60 minutes of slow yoga flow, suitable for all levels, where you can unwind and move mindfully. After class, stay for 60 minutes of community — grab a kombucha, tea, beer, or a delicious bite from the food trucks, and take the opportunity to meet new friends. Come for the yoga, stay for the friends! All participants will receive a token for one happy hour priced beverage!
