Outdoor Yoga Class Offerings

Restorative Slow Flow- This is my favorite and most popular offering! Restorative Slow Flow is designed to provide a holistic and rejuvenating experience for participants. The structure of class emphasizes grounding, mindful movement, and connection to breath. During these 60 minutes, we will start by grounding into our bodies and our practice, using our senses and breath to develop connection. As we begin to settle into our awareness, we will connect our movement to our breath. The movement will be slow flowing and accessible to everyone, options are always given to support finding what feels best in your body, at that moment. Practitioners will leave feeling rejuvenated, connected and at ease.

Power Flow- Welcome to our invigorating Power Yoga class, where strength meets serenity! This dynamic and empowering practice is designed to challenge your body, focus your mind, and leave you feeling energized and centered. In this 60-minute session, we'll seamlessly blend breath with movement, flowing through a series of powerful poses to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Power Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced practice that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, helping you unlock your full physical potential while utilizing mindfulness practices.

Slow to Flow- The intention of each class I teach is to leave you feeling connected, empowered and grounded in nature, yourself and our community. During these 60 minutes, we will start slowly, feeling into our bodies and using our senses and breath to find connection. As we begin to settle into the awareness, the pace of class will start to pick up. The movement will be accessible to everyone, options are always given to support finding what feels best in your body, at that moment. As we build heat and energy from movement, we will push our bodies to find our edge, while listening to what feels right. Towards the end of class, we will slow back down and really embrace the work that has been put in for a juicy, restorative ending. This slow to flow offering caters to the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of participants with a sense of inclusivity, mindfulness, and community, making it an inviting and enriching experience for all.

Yoga for Climbers- The combination of yoga and rock climbing is thoughtful and purposeful. Integrating yoga into a climbing routine contributes to a well-rounded approach to fitness, promoting both physical and mental well-being. Yoga is one of the most accessible ways to improve at rock climbing. This yoga offering focuses on increasing flexibility, building strength, promoting balance, and helping to calm the mind; integrating mindfulness and breathwork into our flow. This practice is designed to restore and bring balance to the climbing body.

Deep Nature Meditation- This offering can be independent or combined with any of the other classes. Embark on a transformative journey with our Deep Nature Meditation, a 15-minute immersive experience designed to reconnect you with the serenity of the natural world. This meditation session invites you to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself in the soothing embrace of nature. We will begin by settling into a comfortable position as you're guided into the heart of nature. Close your eyes and visualize a serene natural setting, whether it's a tranquil forest, a gentle riverbank, or a secluded mountain meadow. Your senses will be engaged fully in this immersive experience. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, listen to the rustling leaves, and imagine the scent of wildflowers in the air. Deepen your connection to nature through this mindful sensory exploration.
