Last month of Drake Park Yoga is SEPTEMBER!

🧘‍♀️Weekly Yoga at Drake Park has been selling out a week or so in advance! Because of that, we now release 5 additional spots every Tuesday at 9 AM (day-of) to give more people a chance to join.

Join Emily for a 60-minute, donation-based class at Drake Park every Tuesday all summer long, through the end of September. All levels and experiences are warmly welcomed — this is a gentle, intentional flow designed to help you connect with yourself, nature, and community.

This is a donation based class to support BPRD permitting and help sustain Do Yoga Outside as a small, local business, while keeping yoga accessible for everyone.

Every bit of support truly helps and is deeply appreciated.

Watercolor + Yoga

(LAST ONE - Thursday, September 25th)

Join Emily from Do Yoga Outside and Amanda from Girl Let Go for a night of yoga and creativity. There will be 60 minutes of yoga followed by 60 minutes of instruction and guidance to create watercolor art. Amanda is a local watercolor artist and her work is incredible, come learn from an expert! Come join our community and spend the night in nature. This event used to be women's only and is now open to all humans wanting to step into their creativity, with community and movement!

Sunset Sanctuary @ Gather Sauna House

(Weekly on Mondays starting September 1st)

Join us for a nourishing Monday evening that blends together movement, heat, and community at Gather Sauna. From 7–9 PM, you’ll experience 45 minutes of grounding, sunset-lit yoga paired with 45 minutes of guided sauna rotations, designed to leave you clear, calm, and deeply restored. Whether you’re winding down from the day or setting a meaningful tone for your week, this ritual offers space to connect—with yourself, nature, and those around you.

Homecoming with Brighton Sage-Loughlin

Join Emily and Brighton for their first ever collaboration.

Come home to yourself through an evening of movement, breath and connection. Homecoming is a guided journey designed to awaken the body, calm the mind and open the heart. We'll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, setting intentions and gentle movement to drop us into the body. From there we transition to breathwork, expanding awareness and softening resistance held in the body and mind. Flowing naturally into yoga, we'll open space through mindful movement before arriving in the freedom of dance, where expression and joy come alive. The evening closes in gentle integration, leaving you centered, connected and renewed. This experience is for anyone seeking deeper connection; with self, others and the natural rhythms of life. No prior experience with yoga, dance or breathwork is needed, just a willingness to explore.
