Drake Park Yoga is BACK!!

🧘‍♀️Weekly Yoga at Drake Park has officially kicked off — and we’ve been selling out about 3 weeks in advance! Because of that, we now release 5 additional spots every Tuesday at 9 AM (day-of) to give more people a chance to join.

Join Emily for a 60-minute, donation-based class at Drake Park every Tuesday all summer long, through the end of September. All levels and experiences are warmly welcomed — this is a gentle, intentional flow designed to help you connect with yourself, nature, and community.

This is a donation based class to support BPRD permitting and help sustain Do Yoga Outside as a small, local business, while keeping yoga accessible for everyone.

Every bit of support truly helps and is deeply appreciated.

MONTHLY EVENTS

Sunset Yoga + Sound Journey

(THURSDAYS - May 1st, June 12th, July 3rd, August 7th, September 4th)

Join Emily and Lauren at Tumalo State Park from 5:30-7pm for a night of yoga and sound bathing. This is a restorative event that will leave you grounded and connected. Learn more about this event on the Scheduling page calendar.

Watercolor + Yoga

(June 16th, July 9th, August 29th)

Join Emily from Do Yoga Outside and Amanda from Girl Let Go for a night of yoga and creativity. There will be 60 minutes of yoga followed by 60 minutes of instruction and guidance to create watercolor art. Amanda is a local watercolor artist and her work is incredible, come learn from an expert! Come join our community and spend the night in nature. This event used to be women's only and is now open to all humans wanting to step into their creativity, with community and movement!

FINAL Mom + Me Hike & Yoga

(TUMALO STATE PARK 8/30)

Join Emily, Do Yoga Outside, and Autumn, Wild Wellness, for this intentionally created workshop where moms and children get the chance to be led and explore nature in a comfortable, loving environment. Moms will get some solo time to take part in yoga, while kids safely participate in nature activities. We will have time to eat a snack, explore nature and enjoy community! This will be the last Mom and Me Event for now!

Yoga @ On Tap

(SUNDAYS- July 13th, August 17th)

Join Emily for a morning of relaxation and connection at On Tap (10am-12pm)! Start your day with 60 minutes of slow yoga flow, suitable for all levels, where you can unwind and move mindfully. After class, stay for 60 minutes of community — grab a kombucha, tea, beer, or a delicious bite from the food trucks, and take the opportunity to meet new friends. Come for the yoga, stay for the friends! All participants will receive a token for one happy hour priced beverage!

Sunrise Hike, Yoga + Bend Breakfast Burrito

(SATURDAYS - July 19th, August 16th)

Join Emily for an early morning hike and yoga session at Pilot Butte. We'll hike to the summit just in time to catch the sunrise, awakening our bodies with movement and fresh mountain air. After reaching the top, we'll ease into a 45-minute slow-flow yoga practice — perfect for stretching, grounding, and starting the day with intention. Following our practice, we'll come together for a community-style breakfast picnic, sharing delicious Bend Breakfast Burritos and good company as we soak in the energy!
